Operation 20180

Mike Mock created and ran a care package collection site in February and collected donations for active duty and reserve military in active orders. The program was called “Operation 20180,” as that is the zip code Mike lives in and the troops being supported. For five weeks, even during the snow, Mike and his team were present and were able to collect enough goods for over 20 care packages, thanks to the gracious help and support of local folks. During the spring, Operation 20180 will grow to an event that thanks all local veterans from World War I to present. The eventual goal by the end of 2015 / mid 2016 is to obtain a 501 (c) (3) status to obtain support through every venue possible and to obtain sponsorship for continued support of our troops.
